The Process

How do you sell gold to Cash4Gold? Here are the steps to take:

1. The customer requests a free and insured Refiner’s Return Kit by completing a simple form that can be found on the website.
2. He/She then places his unwanted gold, silver or platinum jewelry in a secured envelope the company has delivered by mail, and dropr the pre-paid insured envelope at any mailbox free of charge.
3. For UPS packages, they must be placed in the appropriate drop box, or taken to their mail or shipping facility.
4. Upon receipt, Cash4Gold opens each Refiner’s Return Pak individually and a customer tracking number is verified in the system.
5. The gold is weighed on a certified scale.
6. The gold is then tested for precious metal content (assayed).
7. A total cash value is determined based on the material.
8. Either a check is issued or cash is directly deposited using the exclusive Fast Cash system.
