The Process

  1. Request for a G-Pak by filling out the form on the website. An email with all the information you will need for the transaction will be sent to you upon completion of the form.
  2. When the G-Pak reaches you, send your scrap gold, silver, platinum or palladium using the prepaid and insured USPS envelope provided.
  3. Upon receipt of your package, the company will record the items you sent on video.
  4. Using state of the art valuation equipment, the company’s precious metals experts will appraise all your items.
  5. A check will be processed and sent to you within 48 hours of the appraisal.
  6. In the event you are not satisfied with the amount you were paid, contact the customer service department at 800-596-0903, and the company will return all your items.
