  2. Upon receiving your Gold Kit, take all the scrap gold, silver or platinum that you want to dispose of and put them in the UPS® pre-paid & insured personalized plastic security envelope that comes with the kit.
  3. Call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to set a pick up at your home or place of work, or go to the nearest UPS® location and drop your package off.
  4. A secure online video of your items being unpacked and weighted will be made once your package arrives.
  5. An appraisal offer of the items you sent will be emailed to you right on the day the processing is done.
  6. A check will be mailed to you if you chose the check via mail option, or the funds will be directly deposited into your bank account if you chose the Pay Me Today option.
  7. In case you’re not satisfied with the payment, you are given 12 days from the date the check was issued to mail back the un-cashed check, or send a certified cashier’s check in the exact amount of the credit you received if you have selected the Pay Me Today option.
